You can change the weather on the map to whatever you want.

lvl1 Instrutions how to use it:

Extract the sbsp Tag In Entity from your Map(recursive,parsed). Open the .sbsp file with This App. Just click the button. INJECT THE WEATHER TAG first from Lockout(Lockout Snow). Then Inject the bsp Into (Gemini is the best) a Map with a bigger BSP that will hold the sbsp.

 

Then change the playerspawns to the original spawns.

 

And For some BSP's(Burial Mounds, Warlock, Turf, Ivory Tower). You will need to transfer the decals, scenery, obstacles and machs along with their reflexives in the scnr(decal pallete, placement, etc.)

Not the tool's fault. Bungie's fault. Bungie made some bsp's dependent on those tags.
