iKhaosmaster Posted April 30, 2009 Report Posted April 30, 2009 I recently took out my old desktop. I reformatted it and then none of the drivers installed. So it only came with 4 bit. While being the idiot I am I edited some of the graphics properties and then I restarted. After the restart it loads the windows loading screen and then it just goes black. I've tried so many things. I could boot it up from a CD but my disc driver is broken and there's no way I'm buying a new one. Any ideas on what to do. Yes I tried enabling VGA it didn't work. I tried safe mode and it stops at mup.sys. Well please help me if you can.
Korupt Data Posted April 30, 2009 Report Posted April 30, 2009 Why not just re re format? i mean its not like your losing anything.
Lockon Posted April 30, 2009 Report Posted April 30, 2009 He can't reformat because of the screen being black and his CD-drive being broke
iKhaosmaster Posted May 1, 2009 Author Report Posted May 1, 2009 He can use a USB flash drive. How could I do that?
lostmodz26 Posted May 1, 2009 Report Posted May 1, 2009 Download the recovery iso, mount it, put the contents on your Flash Drive.
