iKhaosmaster Posted April 30, 2009 Report Posted April 30, 2009 You have to eat no matter how bad you feel. Drinking is the most important.
lostmodz26 Posted April 30, 2009 Author Report Posted April 30, 2009 I know, I just ate some chips and Im feeling a little bit better.
Quinn Posted April 30, 2009 Report Posted April 30, 2009 Cupcakes and chips? Are you out of your mind, I'm no doc but those sound like sh1t for a upset stomach.
mangriff32 Posted May 1, 2009 Report Posted May 1, 2009 Seriously, do not eat anything with lactose in it. That will cause worse stomach pain and cause you to throw up even more. Also, stay away from Soda's and diet sodas, the phosphoric acid and carbonation can also upset your stomach. Stay in bed, eat some soup, drink LOTS of water, and if needed take some ibuprofen every 4 to 6 hours and you'll be fine in no time. If it persists for more than a week or two, you should definitely see a doctor for the underlying cause.
Random1225 Posted May 1, 2009 Report Posted May 1, 2009 I always drink a lot of water and soda when I'm sick. It's important to stay hydrated.

Random1225 Posted May 1, 2009 Report Posted May 1, 2009 I don't think gum really affects anything except sometimes when I chew gum I get really hungry.
