Curtis Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 This is a bungie thing, not an xbox live problem.
iBotPeaches Posted April 26, 2009 Author Report Posted April 26, 2009 Either way I didn't see the screen shot nor know about it till my account had the big "ban logo" when you start H3.
Mr.Elite Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 What majes you think if even the whole XBL signed this, they would unban you, they may not even know this exists
Justrec Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 Even IF the whole XBL signes it and they SEE it, peaches wont get unbanned. People don't care about petitions now a days. Sorry Bio Toxic.
iBotPeaches Posted April 26, 2009 Author Report Posted April 26, 2009 If the whole xbox signed it, they probably would. It was just an attempt, because sometimes I get really mad that I got banned for no reason.
ModBroz Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 If the whole xbox signed it, they probably would. It was just an attempt, because sometimes I get really mad that I got banned for no reason.yeah lol just give ur 360 a pen , but yeah i signed it too, hope u get it unbanned ps what does the ban logo look like?
lostmodz26 Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 That really sucks Peaches, why don't you go play something else like CoD or GTA IV?
iBotPeaches Posted April 26, 2009 Author Report Posted April 26, 2009 Sorry its not a "logo" Just the blaring message that pops up every time you sign on.
gabe_k Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 bungie doesnt do that...bungie doesn't go "You'll be banned in five minutes, get your **** ready!" Peach was completely unaware of the screenshot until he was banned Bungie doesn't give half a ****. Bans are totally indisputable, and even if he was unaware of it, he's still a modder, and that's enough for Bungie to bring the hammer down.
Dark Slipstream Posted April 27, 2009 Report Posted April 27, 2009 Peaches, call xbox support. They can have you unbanned if you explain the situation. You own a modding website, but did not condone or create modified screenshots on it, and someone created one in your xbox live name to get you banned. I don't know, think of something better than that though lol. If not, I'll give it a shot, but they might require some type of Identification o.o
unknown v2 Posted April 27, 2009 Report Posted April 27, 2009 He's not going to get unbanned. Haven't you people ever read anywhere? Bungie : Play nice, you have no rights.Microsoft: You cannot appeal any bans. Take the hint...
lostmodz26 Posted April 27, 2009 Report Posted April 27, 2009 Well go to hell with Microsoft!! File a lawsuit against them or something.
iBotPeaches Posted April 27, 2009 Author Report Posted April 27, 2009 Its not that big of deal that warrants a lawsuit. I got mad, and made this. It was my rant. You can't win against a company when you host a modding website. Sadly.

You can't win against a company when you host a modding website. Sadly. lol u got a good point... if they were to take it into consideration, they look at a website you run, which is a modding one. the chance of them thinking that you modded that picture will have no doubt to them
Jeehs Posted April 27, 2009 Report Posted April 27, 2009 Its not that big of deal that warrants a lawsuit. I got mad, and made this. It was my rant. You can't win against a company when you host a modding website. Sadly.Yep, Just because u own a modding website. If they told me that I would ask, "What does that have to do with this?". Bungie has become such a huge asshalo over the last few years...
