need help wit

ok i downloaded cain and able and it shutdown my computer and it rebooted and i went through system restore and it wiped out cain and able and zone alarm pro and it also wiped out my mcafee virus scan and stuff so it says im not protected and i need to know how to fix it PLEASE ANYONE HELP IVE TRIED EVERYTHING...???

and 1 more zlob trojan how do i remove these

Download a virus software, and scan and remove. Personally I use Nortan.
