Search 1 hex adress

I want to create a apps for kv.bin.

I have the dvd key adress, region code adress but i don't know where is the ID console hex adress. :/

 

Anyone can give me the hex adress please?

This doesn't make much sense, are you trying to search a hex address in the kv.bin or are you trying to use the kv.bin?
