Decatur Posted March 20, 2009 Report Posted March 20, 2009 (edited) I have some questions regarding this Modchip, seeing as it's the only 360 modchip. What are the requirements?Do you do it by hand? How much?Where do you buy it?What can you do with it? possibly willing to do this to learn. IDC if you think it's over my head, I would honestly like to know and learn, it's not like it's my only 360. Edited March 20, 2009 by Fatal Error
T3A guy Posted March 20, 2009 Report Posted March 20, 2009 There are other 360 modchips. This modchip downgrades your kernal and some other stuff, but the main reason people buy it is for kernal dgs.

Korupt Data Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 People use the infectus to unban consoles and get keyvaults thats about all i know.. lol
SotG Caboose Posted March 22, 2009 Report Posted March 22, 2009 G1v3 m3 y00r n4nd d0mp!!1111111111!!!!!(If you get one)
yungbol Posted March 22, 2009 Report Posted March 22, 2009 You can buy the InFeCtuS from many different modding stores. You install it by opening your 360 and soldering it on. In order for your console to be able to work with it, it needs to be 20+ months old without ever being sent for a repair to M$. You can install and things you can do are: - Dump your NAND (which includes your KV) - Region lock your console to a different region - A lot more, just read on their site.
TheEazyB Posted March 22, 2009 Report Posted March 22, 2009 Lol people are still interested in these things? I remember pre consigner everyone was going to buy this like dev kits are now.Unless youve got like an 06 or older and are willing to do more than just add this chip theres not much use for it.
