yungbol's Screenshots v1.15

-Screenshot tool for Halo 3 and GoW 2.

This tool is a really simple and nice screen shot extractor and viewer. It is just a simple release and will get better in version 2. It can open CON files and retrieve the images. It also has the ability to set images as desktop wallpaper. This will be heavily updated to include the following in the next release:
  • Image injection for Gears 2

  • Rehasher and Resigner.

Features this version includes:

  • Open images from CON
  • Save images in different formats
  • Set images as wallpaper
  • Edit images
  • Inject Halo 3 Images

Yea, already did one of them... Just need to do the rest. Probably will be released by the next day or two.

If anyone wants any features added, let me know. Also, is there any other games that offer screenshots that save in their own CON files? I can add them.

Features Wanted:

  • Drag and Drop
  • Midnight Club: LA Support
  • Better App Icon (Small yes and hardly needed)

I would also like to ask you why your going to jump all the way to version 2 if you only adding a few new features. True this app may only be a for the Xbox and not some corporate application, but it does make your apps look better anyways to have them not jump a full number on just small update.

Best of luck on future apps/updates,

diet

Yea, will be done tomorrow, just made a banging class to use for it to make it null and write so fast. Too tired to finish, after school tomorrow I'll be done.

New version added to main post. It can now inject Halo 3 images, Gears images will be worked on in a little for v1.2 then after that for a later version a resigner and rehasher will be added.

Just too busy right now so expect Gears to be done in the next day or 2.

Injection for h3 works.. I was too lazy to update this because the topic was like dead lol. If people want I can make it 'proper' and make the Int32 to be the exact size of the image.

Yea it works, but may have some bugs...

PM me your screenshot. Lol, I have used this many times when I first made it and it worked with my tester... Ugh, I need to stop releasing appz before there 100% bug free lol.

See the end of this message for details on invoking

just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

application or computer (machine.config) must have the

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.

The application must also be compiled with debugging

enabled.

For example:

<configuration>

<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />

</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

rather than be handled by this dialog box.

i keep getting that

idkkk

ive never reallyy been able to mod screenshots verywell....
