But I have all my contact information and my $%#^%# credit card information stored on my account. It's a real account that I've used for a while. It's got atlease 10 arcade game with a value of 500$ alone. Not to talk about the rest.

Thanks for the help, but unfortunately he changed that. Since stealing accounts with credit card information is a federal offense I reported him to the police too. The card is closed off and blocked, and the IT department in the police transferred me to Microsoft. Therefore I'm getting my account back one way or another.
