What is the best way to make money in Oblivion?

 

I am a mage, and I am currently getting all my money from the fight/duel arena and it seems to be great cash. I just defeated the Lead Champion.

one way is to steal very easy if u use a trick where u enchant ur armor with chemilion(misspelled) and u need like 5 pieces of any armor because it like 20% on each ,so when u have 100% u can steal whatever u like ,but if u steal from guild member u still get kicked out ,and i think u can get caught pickpocketing but since your invisible they cant find u also u can kill people very easily since they cant see u so have fun =p

We had a large cut of mods? Simple.

 

We will re-instate the OLD ones? as we get more members. Then as times goes by, get new moderators.

You can still duplicate with the patch, the best ways to make $ other then that are probobly doing the Arena quests, and the DLC quests, completing Knights of the Nien, and the shivering isles give you lots o' $ and so much high priced items, i just stacked a room full of them in one of my hideouts, those like the evil lair and pitrate ones also give you lots of $ easily!

 

+ Spartan oMega Oblivion is awsome and not that nerdy, I think alot of hardcore RPG player say its not RPGy enough and to much like a shooter game.

Sorry if I'm bumping this but: try killing people, lots of rich looking folk, not the poor ones, that would just be mean By the way Oblivion is the best my only problem with it is the expansions cost too much.

There is a guy in the imperial temple place, the place where the big dragon statue shows up at the end, and when you kill him he has an infinate amount of money. It might not be in the temple, but it's in the imperial place somewhere.
