I figured I would just put this in for the next time a staff position is available.

Name: Quinn A Zavagno

Why I think I should be staff:

I would first like to say that this is not my first time being a staff member on a site, I have been staff on some of Khaosmaster's sites. I try not to be biased most of the time, especially with new members. I try to help out members who are in need of assistance, or refer them to someone who can. 99% of the time I type in readable, complete sentences, and use spell check so people can understand what I am typing. I'm not sure if this will count for anything, but I have been with IBM for qute a while now, and I was on the old site, under various names, one being zavagnqu.

 

Hope you will consider next time a staff spot is open,

Actually, there's a rumor that when IPB is released a whole new staff is being chosen

 

 

(Well not fully new, but you know, new mods/subadmins/possible GFX)

 

I can't wait for IPB.

We don't need replacements for D.HeRo, nobody really does GFX on this site anymore, and the kid that did, you @%#$ed over.

we need less annoying 5 year olds that don't push him to do things.

You don't need to turn every post I make into a flame war.

 

You should read the complaint I made, you would see that there are more people than me who think this way about how d.hero abused his power, and this includes peaches because he is the one who demoted him.

 

You should think about who you are insulting.

I just hope active people are recognized and put into power, or at least given respect.

I did read your complaint, I posted in it saying I thought it twas funny.

Im not disagreeing, but from my angle I thought peach was more pressured to demote him as apposed to letting it slide and having to deal with complaints.

I'm soooooo sorry I hurt your feelings.

Being warned of sig size has nothing to do with it,

and no , if you read the news you are in fact NOT allowed to advertise in your sig with big ol banners.

He isn't advertising with a "big ol banner" he has a small link.

 

I asked how many times he was warned for having a big banner because if he was warned once and didn't do it again I don't think it matter.

 

If you are concerned about your position as a mod I will tell you that I want you to be a mod.

you have like 10 advertisements in your sig and your warned once a week that your sig is too big..

Ok, if you read my first post , you would have seeen that i said

"when before it was reported you had a HUGE banner of advertising in your sig"

 

He wasnt warned, if your not allowed to do it , they take it out automatically.

Listen, I'm sorry I screwed up okay. I put a link to a do an offer site without asking Peaches, I advertise LeafThree in my sig, because they inspired me to try GFX. Last time I checked Leafthree was a partner of Ibotmodz.

I guess this is my formal apology for screwing up.
