resigning and rehashing and keyvault

i dont understand these things -.-

can someone explain this to me please?

1.Resigning resigns the con file.

2.A KeyVault is needed for the resigner with out one its useless and they can get banned

3.A rehasher recauculates the hashes of the map, screenshot, film, etc.

No its for anything that you modify and then put back on the 360.
