Looking for renaming program

I'm looking for a renaming program.

 

I don't know how to like describe what I'm looking for so I'll help with a pic.

 

 

So you can quickly rename lots of files instead of having to right click.

Thanks that does what I need, but i need to create a list for it to rename.

I have vista also... so im assuming it has to be vista (damn vista!)

Maybe I don't have vista so can't really test it on that. Vista has all type of security things preventing you from doing stuff that can easily be done on XP.
