The model number is AG241

There is also another number that is next to a tick I don't know if you need it or not but here it is: N13171

Default gateway: 192.168.2.1

i know part of how you fix it

find your "default access" #

it should be on the bottom of your router

copy that number and put it in your search box

it should take you to your routers website and ask for a name and password thats also on the bottom of your router

now go to a section that could be Port Forwarding / Port Triggering

add a custom service

this is where im at and dont know where to go

Written now.

Write your IP of the default gateway in your address bar (ex. 192.168.2.1)

That should bring up whatever type of router you have.

Belkin has this cool custom firmware stuff.

Turn your 360 on, and find the IP from going to the dashboard.

Go to Port Triggering, Port Fowarding, or DMZ. Depends on router.

Add the IP of your xbox (EX. 192.168.2.1)

Add the ports 3074 and 3074 with the IP of your xbox if it asks for that.

If that still doesn't work do that again except with the 68 for the port.
