How Do I Use Nikos Phone?

Ok guys. I just got this game yesterday and I need help with Nikos phone. I press up on the d-pad and the phone comes up. To enter cheats and to get the number pad up you have to press up on the d-pad twice. But it won't come up for me. Please tell me how.

you only have to press up one time... lol and enter the phone number that activates the cheat.. and btw cheats disable the achievements.

I tried that but it didn't work. Just shows the phone and not the number keys.

Dude read my other posts. Only the half bottom phone shows up. And when I press up for the second time it just makes a beep.

On what the 360 not for me was that in an update because I haven't played in awhile.

I think I can help! Well I really don't see why you just got the game and you already want to use cheats but hey, you can do whatever.

 

In order to get the dial pad for Niko's Phone, you must complete either the 2nd or 3rd mission (I can't remember which.) When you complete the mission, Roman will give you his old phone. You can then press UP twice on the D-Pad to bring up the dial pad and enter you cheat code.
