What can we mod in Left 4 Dead?

I already know we can switch out the button commands

 

but, is there a way, we can make our own campaigns disguised as DLC?

 

I have seen some really good PC L4D Mods (click here to see great L4D Mods)

 

So is there a way to get those on the 360, and what about a way to disable that update, because I hate having to hit "A" over and over again, and I only got it once to work

 

There has to be more we can do in Left 4 Dead besides commands
