Is Halo 3 really that much better??

In your opinion, do you think Halo 3 better than H2? I think that the only major improvement is forge. It adds a whole new level of customization to the game. And the spartan laser is awesome.

halo 3 gets bored after like 2 months and halo 2 was popular for like years,

its also way to easy to gain levels , but its because everyone had very high standards

 

the way i see it is that there were technological improvement in the way people made video games from when halo 1 was released until halo 2 was released , like the graphics were so much better and games started to become longer and with live just being new to xbox halo 2 was great , but there has not been many new improvement in the way game technology is being made just the graphics are a little better , so all bungie could do to try to make halo 3 a great game was to make new maps new rank system new weapons new vehicles and new armor, so in the end all bungie could do is basically make halo 2 and just add new things and a new campaign.

lvls 40's used to be good in halo 2 and now i have a 43 !?!? its changed a lot

and they deffinetly messed up with the social thing. All me and my friend do is take 1 account and 2 guests in and the person in the other team just loses it for the other team.

No, I really don't think so. They should make the game faster because now everyone just camps behind shield doors with the mauler. Like weapon changing is slower, it's just isn't fast paced anymore.

in a ffa with 10 ppl you used to have a chance to stay alive for a long time but now its really hard without shotgun

ahhhhh i hate flare it blinds me you can still see their names in red too

for the swords when you press r then b you get the normal pause for another r but after that you get shorter pauses thats why when you press b the first time you will clash

you forgot one thing, they need nukes lol but i think halo 3 is ok, but i wish it had constant action like gow, and plus they got rid of team snipers >.< lol

i think they want ppl not to be so good with the sniper

so true its so hard to get were in for somechop because trip mine doesnt do anything

in the halo 3 beta when you used a trip mine on a warthog it would slide under it and hide on the bottom of the hog and kill them when they got in

The trip mine in beta would float down the stream on valhalla get stuck under a warthog undected. Then someone gets in and it blows up EVERYONE.

The only reason halo 3 isnt much better from halo 2 to me is that there are new ppl that can play like pro but in halo 2 u have to play hard and it was much more hard then halo 3

Like everything about Halo 3 gives the unexperienced player the edge. Slower weapon changing,

Maulers, Shield doors, Porta-Campers(bubble shield), And last but not least, the meele system. OMFG even if you hit first the person with more health wins.
