are you using a Data Migration Kit if so then im really confused

i have a 20 GB HDD i dont understand UAC is off ive ran as admin ive tryed everything any more suggestions?

ok so i decided to start modding im running Windows Vista 32-bit and im using a Data Migration Kit but every time i try to open it in Xplorer 360 it says "Could not find FATX Drive to open!" Any Ideas??
