The original person doesn't lose them. Your just giving everything you've downloaded to the other person and they can use the downloads without using your account still. Then after the license transfer is over, it will be like nothing happened, kinda, like nothing changed for your account. Thing is, you can only license transfer once a year.

Hey, I was wondering if has the first and second map pack for Black ops? I really want to know if you anyone does because I really need someone to license transfer it. I would really appreciate it if somebody could let me license transfer.
