This looks like an 100% scam. Cause #1 - It costs money and its 100% illegal to be selling Microsofts product #2- He's completely new and right off the bat he wants to help everyone. #3- He's and admin "the accounts are created by MY ADMIN account on the spot so they are legit and brand new." and yet he got suspended? "my admin account has been suspended for a while" That doesn't make much sense, but ya, good luck on this OP.
