when can we download these?

Idea: 1. Buy Halo Wars LE and redeem code. 2. Return game to store saying you're not satisfied with the game, it wasn't what you wanted. 3. Get different game? Would that work? Except the Halo Wars LE is more expensive than most games, so maybe get an accessorie or something with the credit +hard cash.
