The Portable Xbox is Real Itâââ‰â¢s far from done and details are sketchy, but the portable Xbox is very real. Dean Takahashi of The Mercury News breaks news this morning that Microsoft is working on a portable gaming device that will compete directly with Sonyâââ‰â¢s PSP and Nintendoâââ‰â¢s DS. If you want you avatar to have your name on it simply right click it, and select edit. It should take you to paint with the picture there. Now write your name with the mouse, like mine. Finally once you have a satisfied picture go to www. imageshack.us or don't worry I put a link here. So once you there click on browse. Now it should open up your pictures file. Click on the picture, and open it. Now click host it. Now after about maybe 10 or a few seconds it should open up the page with a bunch of links. Copy the last one that says direct link to image . Now go over to My Controls that should be at the top of your screen. Now once your there go to the left and click on, Edit Avatar Settings. Now there should be a spot where you can put a link. I Searched Google New And Found This And I had To Post It RIP To The People Killed In The Virginia University Massare Washington - In a slaying rampage that broke the early morning peace of a Virginia university campus on Monday, at least 32 victims were killed and a shooter was dead from his own hand. Students at Virginia Polytechnic Institute described their panic and fear as they tried to flee the massacre, which began in a student dorm at 7:15 am and ended two and a half hours later in a classroom building. Fifteen people were also injured and being treated in local hospitals, university president Charles Steger said in broadcast remarks. It was not known how many of the dead were students or professors on the Blacksburg, Virginia, campus. The massacre is being called the worst campus shooting in US history, and was more gruesome than the 2002 school shooting in Erfurt, Germany, where 17 died; the 1999 Columbine High School massacre in Colorado that took 15 lives; and the 1996 school slaughter of 16 children, ages 5 and 6, in Dunblane, Scotland. In 2005, terrorists siezed a school in Beslan, Russia. When police stormed the building in a massive firefight, 333 hostages and police, including 186 school children and all but one of the terrorists, died. 'Schools should be places of safety and sanctuary and learning,' said US President George W Bush in a message of condolence to parents and the campus. 'When that sanctuary is violated the impact is felt in every American classroom and every American community.' Police were investigating the scene of the first shootings, at the residence of West Ambler Johnston Hall, where two people were dead, when they received news of a second and more gruesome round of killings at the classroom building, Norris Hall. Police and university officials emphasized that it's not clear if the two incidents were connected, and came under fire during a press conference for not adequately informing the campus about the first shooting before the second took place. At Norris Hall, in the second incident, a gunman went from one classroom to another, said university Police Chief Wendell Flinchum. Some outside doors to the classroom building were chained shut from the inside, he confirmed. A student eyewitness, Jamal Albarghouti, captured footage on his cellphone of police advancing on Norris Hall, and told CNN that police used a 'bomb or something' to open one of the doors. In the background of the footage, gunshots could be heard, and a loud scream of a policeman running toward him trying to get him to seek safety. Albarghouti, a Palestinian born on the West Bank who grew up in Saudi Arabia, said Blacksburg was a really beautiful small town until Monday`s violence. Another student described to CNN how a group of 20 students, including himself, sought refuge in a teacher`s office. Afterwards, 'we were told to keep our hands above our heads and run out of the building.' 'Norris Hall was a tragic and sorrowful crime scene,' said Steger. 'We are in the process of identifying victims. This will take some time.' Some of the dead were still in the classroom building, officials said. The identity of the dead shooting suspect at Norris Hall was not known, said Steger. 'He carried no ID on his person,' he said. The campus, 740 kilometres southwest of the nation`s capital, draws about 26,000 undergraduate and graduate students, including about 10 per cent international students. Only about 9,000 students live on campus. Steger, who had spoken on the phone with Bush, said the university was 'shocked and horrified' by what he called a tragedy of 'monumental proportions.' 'I am at a loss to explain or understand the carnage that has visited our campus,' he said. The university would hold a special service Tuesday 'to begin the healing process.' Virginia Governor Tim Kaine interrupted a visit to Japan to rush back for the service, Steger said. Some injuries occurred when people jumped out of second- and fourth-storey windows, students said. Others reported scenes of disarray as students were locked down in their dorms with little information. Steger defended the university's decision to wait two hours to inform students after the first incident, saying that police thought it had been a domestic incident and that the killer had left the campus. He said police thought the situation was under control. When the reports of carnage in Norris Hall poured in, an emergency broadcast system blared a series of messages across the campus - 'Stay inside,' 'There`s a shooter on campus,' 'Stay away from windows,' one student told The Virginian-Pilot newspaper. Steger said the school sent out 36,000 e-mails and i-messages to cellphones, but many were not immediately received because thousands of people were in transit on their way to the campus or to class. Just the week before, the school had received at least two bomb threats, and there had been a shooting threat on campus in 2006. 'We're an open society and an open campus. We have 26,000 people here and hundreds of buildings,' he said. 'We obviously can't have an armed guard in front of every classroom every day of the year. Due to high winds caused by bad weather up and down the US East Coast, helicopters could not be used to transfer the injured, and ambulances were being used to transport victims to a local hospital, the university newspaper reported.
