Yes you can make small animations. Yes you can have a set of images with text. Yes you can make .gifs. Your post wasn't very clear so I don't know what you are after.

My favourite is number 7. I don't have the pacient nar the money to do any of these mods. If I did attempt any of these mod I would probably end up getting and electric shock again . Electricity and the human body don't mix well together.

The only reason I am not deleting this, is because the rules state that there is to be no posting about a halo modding site. Watch what you are post because the rules do change and I think they should be changed because we are no longer just a halo modding site. On a lighter note I didn't sign-up because my internet was being gay, I'll try later.

I think the groups are fine as they are. A cash mod might be a nice touch and you could spend the cash on change the words under your name, so users could add stuff under there name like "I'm 1337" and also maybe they could spend there money on changing the colour of there name (red,blue,orange, ect. all staff colours would be locked) but this means you wouldn't be able to see a users group unless you went to the user's page.
