    Nope, they still have the old system going you would have to wait till they actually released halo 3 odst (which i assume has something on the disk that enables recon) it wouldnt just magically unlock... theres nothing to tell it to unlock.

    Yeah i made it lol, and what programs are you talking about? Ohhh and i made a halo 3 recon player model, but i still need to add animations so it actually looks good. Glad you like it!
