Ummm just download forgeshare.... its a great program for downloading maps, and if you dont have a xsata or xport then get one! they are not expensive and if they are for you get a damn free transfer cable >.> Then you can make your own maps.

Putting modded content on you file share gets your file share banned so i doubt the link will be fixed.... but i could recreate this and upload the usermap here, but i doubt you have a xport or xsata to put it on your 360. Sorry.

It cant be done.... its all server side, so it would be impossible to do offline. And if you meant Service tag not service record then yes that can be done (i have no idea how though.)

It shouldnt be to hard, to find the music your talking about on the internet. And as for modding GTA4 on the 360, all you could do is mess with the save files, so open one up in a Hex editing program and mess around and figure out if you can change anything.

Wait... why would you need to do this when you can just download the full game on your 360 and play it? it doesnt matter whos profile plays it, everyone on the console can play it.
