Go up one level and go to the very top. Then, click the folder in there then you should see a file. That's your gamer profile.

I got to a 50 without using a mic and other people's voices were drowned out by blasting System of a Down music and all by myself.

You can put in more than 2 billion colors. It's just hex, not some secret code. Use photoshop and get the hex of the color you selected.
