I used to have a JTag Elite Zephyer model but it got the RROD and it couldn't be repaired because it was long gone after the first repair. I have seen that the XDK Kernel can now be run on a RGH console and that some manufactures are producing a dual or triple nand chip for use with the Xbox, so I'm interested in having my own XDK because they are a pain to get from Microsoft as a single person as well the cost a fortune. I would end up using it for the real-time CryEngine 3 preview on consoles and Arcade game development. I currently have a Xbox Phat, model Falcon and I'm thinking about installing the required components from Xecuter to turn it into my XDK. Xecuter Coolrunner CR3 Lite - http://www.ozmodchips.com/xecuter-coolrunner-v3-lite-cr3-p-442.html Xecuter DemoN - http://www.ozmodchips.com/xecutor-demon-fatphat-dual-nand-p-413.html I don't need a third nand for Freeboot or anything, I just want it for switching between a retail and XDK kernel. Would installing these parts do the job for what I need? Thanks. PS. Does red led lighting look cool?
I got myself a program called Adjutant, it lets me see the textures just like the other program but its easier to get exactly what I want because there is an explorer that doesn't resolve around tags. So I can just drag a folder out and get what I need from it.
I am working on a game project in the UDK and I want to make a Halo themed game, I have a need to be able to extract the Halo sounds, textures and models. I have done some research into tools like Ascension but to no avail have I been able to find what I'm looking for exactly. If someone could point me in the right direction with the correct tools that would be appreciated.
