Verizon Wireless is mine. I like them very much. I cannot imagine switching to another provider.

I upgraded my laptop to windows 7. Now that I’ve upgraded it Shockwave and QuickTime are not working. Every time I go on a page that needs them to play, my computer comes up with a bunch of error messages say they are unresponsive. I tried re installing them and nothing works. What's going on? Anyone else have this issue?
