They deleted your account so you would lack evidence that your account was suspended before the ToS update. that's ridiculous, try going offline, uncorrupting your banned profile, then access your dlc offline, should be there when you go online with your new one?

Just seen this, they have no right to ban you, theres nothing in the code of conduct stating you can not send a message to somebody on xbox live, call them, state your claim, and get unbanned, soliciting, account theft, and phishing dont fit the reason you were banned, you have a case there mister peaches.

i have a dream... to put my 05 console in my xbox originals case.. i shall do it. It seems like some people got lucky with theirs, and others didn't, I've never had to send an xbox in lol If it fails after a month of having it.... Your doing it wrong.

Mine is nintendo --> dreamcast --> N64 --> PS1 --> Xbox --> Xbox 360 (Only 4 currently not as good as twam lol ) still have my original 05 console(still alive and strong with no parts added on to it), along with a jtag, rgh phat, and my slim.
