I recommend starting with C# as if you want to advance onto a harder language such as c++ later is will be a lot easier. Neither is easier then the other, it is all about preference. Try both for a little bit and see what you like better, that is what I did and I came out liking c# a lot more then vb.

I drove by like 4 cops today none of them said anything, they have bigger worries, but sometimes I might get that ass of a cop and he'll give me a ticket.
