Ok this Program Is By Xenon and I think Shadow Lag. I tried it and it does seem better than Johnson and Engineer. It edits more things like bitmaps,bit weapons and everything. Also this only resigns the Tags not the map but it will soon, also its called SPicy ecy enjoy and dont leek plz Removed due possibility of file being a virus (Trojan Horse) Edit: Also Does not work with VISTA!!
