Bee Seen Web

I got it installed and it seems to be working. How can I get it so that only users who are logged in can see it? I really don't want it to be open to the public. Thanks for your help.

I just created a new phpbb and I'm looking for a shoutbox like the one you have on this site. I'm new to php and a little leary of playing with the code. Any suggestions as the best to use that is compatible with phpbb3 and where I might possibly find help very, very cheap or even free. Thanks.
