When i was on my home computer i got this message. However, once i got on to my friends comp it worked fine. Did something happen?

I have looked through many picture mods on the modding scene and after a while I began wanting one of my own of my favorite armor in Halo that was not added , so if anyone can do a Picture mod for me can you PM me? or just post here.

Ill PM the details of the request once I have someone willing to do one for me, also can I have the picture under my name? Not for credit(If someone does ask me for something or anyhing about modding I'll direct them to you or w/e u want me to do in that case) or anything just cause I like having something of my own especially of this picture im requesting.

I found 3 pictures today of people(including Mr.Twiggy) weidling energyless energy swords with a red beam coming out from the top of it,disguised as a lightsaber. Is this an actual mod, or some modified screenshot?
