Put URL of youtube video in there
Download in FLV or MP4
Then convert to mp3 which removes video but keeps sound

You could also use this site, but directly download/convert it as a .mp3. Use the Audio Codec .mp3 at 256kb/s

You can also just use youtube downloader. It downloads the .flv and then can convert the .flv to mp3, mp4, .Avi, etc.
