I told him yes there is, and I started searching. After 20+ Keyloggers tested, I reformatted my Computer b/c it crashed, errored and many other things. Afterwards I started making my own, and so far I have made it capable of the following:

... - I edit which one is used, and credentials are editable by an authorized user (not known by me)

... - Doesn't raise CPU Usage.
Ability to Disable: - (Removes ability to ever remove this program)
