I wouldn't buy that marker. That's WAY too much for a Spyder.

You could get a new Ion for cheaper than that.

You could buy a 98 Custom and afford a Bigshot for cheaper.

    You could get an Autococker.

Not to mention, if you go used, your possibilities are endless.

    Also, shop here. www.actionvillage.com

    its not a spyder

    spyder blow

its a smart parts gun, its way better than a 98.

Most electric trigger gun's you cant use co2 and air but on this one you can use both. since the components are high up into the gun

this gun in my opinion is better than any gun i ever tried. way better then any tippman or spyder

to get a electric trigger it cost like 80 dollars right there. and for the ammount of distance you get for that low psi. this gun is far best cheap gun ive scene

you can mod any way you want

trust me. This will be my fourth gun

    1st gun: shitty walmart gun
    2nd- spyder vs1 (sold)
    3rd- my brothers (tippman 98)
4rth (this one Smart Parts SP1)

i have plaid with this gun, is strong. Ive scene videos of this gun getting run over by a car and still working. and ive scene videos of it being fully submerged under water and still shooting when brought back up.

this gun is crazy specially when you get a really good barrel,

ive used this gun searched around this is the best deal.

and it looks exactly like a tippman (even better)

Well it seems to me that you are looking for a reliable, heavy duty woodsball gun, at the lowest price possible, so a tippman is probably the way to go for you. They're pretty versatile and since you mainly play woodsball you won't need to be shooting 20+ bps, so I can't really argue with your choice. It all depends on where you play, your playing style, and other preferences.

Lol, sorry I meant to say a tippman or the gun you picked out. I don't know a lot about it, but I've heard good things about it. For some reason I was thinking that you were getting a tippman.

Smart parts is known pretty well for making reliable, affordable, quality guns.

    [quote name='LegacySucks' post='55703' date='Dec 9 2008, 03:07 PM']its not a spyder

    spyder blow

My fault. It looks like a Spyder.

its a smart parts gun, its way better than a 98.

Personal opinion, but that's your choice.

Most electric trigger gun's you cant use co2 and air but on this one you can use both. since the components are high up into the gun

All markers can use compressed air, and in fact it's recommended. Most shops don't even use nitrogen anymore. And Most of the electronics are housed in the trigger frame. The placement of electronics shouldn't even be a factor. Not to mention, that marker will not run straight Co2. The Co2 will liquidize into your agg muppet mower and toast the electronics, which is most likely not covered under warranty.

this gun in my opinion is better than any gun i ever tried. way better then any tippman or spyder

Of course. It's an Ion with a fancy body kit on it. It's going to feel better than a Tippmann or Spyder, but I assure you it will not hold up to the quality of any Tippmann.

to get a electric trigger it cost like 80 dollars right there. and for the ammount of distance you get for that low psi. this gun is far best cheap gun ive scene

The marker has an electronic trigger on it. That's the only way they come. I don't know what you are getting at here. Also, all paintball markers with a straight barrel will shoot the same distance. It's simple ballistics. The only way to achieve more distance is to either turn up your velocity (which will get you booted off a field and/or get your ass kicked) or get a Flatline Barrel, which is only available for Tippmann markers unless you have Doc Nickel or someone fabricate an adapter, which is more work than it's worth. For the record, I sold a marker a couple years ago called a Nova 700 that operated on 72 psi. Shot the same distance with less psi. I win.

you can mod any way you want

    Of course.

trust me. This will be my fourth gun

    1st gun: shitty walmart gun
    2nd- spyder vs1 (sold)
    3rd- my brothers (tippman 98)
4rth (this one Smart Parts SP1)

I've owned 9 over the years, and I consider that a small amount. I currently own 4. And I'm not counting my brothers'.

i have plaid with this gun, is strong. Ive scene videos of this gun getting run over by a car and still working. and ive scene videos of it being fully submerged under water and still shooting when brought back up.

I've played with Ions too. They're good markers. Very light. However, I can guarantee you that I can run over all 4 of my markers, and their operation will be in working order.

this gun is crazy specially when you get a really good barrel,

I know. A good barrel will greatly improve any marker.

ive used this gun searched around this is the best deal.

Whatever you say, man. This is your money. It's a good marker, don't get me wrong, but you need to do some more searching if you ask me.

and it looks exactly like a tippman (even better)

    [color="#FF0000"]

Sorry if I was rude. I'm just clearing some things up. Do whatever you like with your money.
