Here you go its a pretty good gears font, i use this all the time. Enjoy!

And for those who dont know how to install font, extract the file then, on XP Open My computer, Then click ur harddrive then windows and put the font file in the font folder duhhh. For Vista just right click the file after extraction and click install.
