Just to let everyone know the map itself is not modded, it just the map is changed, when you pick the map its under the pit but when you play it its on snowbound.

Actually, it has been done. Before Dark posted his program, there is an offset and value guide for doing this.

Then can't someone either put a film of the map in their fileshare, since that won't get you banned? Or could someone show me the map in a custom game? My gamertag is Obito Kajuo.
