Ok, I have seen many different methods to mod, and of course, I can't get any of them to work. I know there is something that I am doing wrong but I do not know what. I extract a map from my HDD using migration kit. I take the map and open johnson. I search for traffic cone because I have 8 on the map. I take the tag and use the replace all feature in a hex editor (HxD and I tried Hex Workshop) but it says "Replaced one instance(s)" When I just search for the cone, it only finds one. I know it is the correct map because afterwords I opened it in Sandbox, but I couldn't figure out how to edit the item. Same thing happened with the forge program, I could find the item, but not edit it. Someone please help! (BTW I do have the .map file for my map)
