    I havent been goting much sleep in the past few days I dont know why but was just wondering has this happend to anyone els

    Yes, i have slept about 4 or 5 hours in the last week, i stay up all night, go to school, and take a little nap when i get home. But then i cant sleep at night, I hate it so bad

    Yeah. every night

    I go to sleep around 1ish, then i cant get to sleep for ages

    of course, when i wake up i feel tired as anything

    then the cycle continues
