If you do the second profile glitch to download an arcade game can my profile and/or console get banned?

Just want to be on the safe side of things.

Well you get an account that has already bought for example Halo: CE and then download it onto your xbox for free.

But it doesn't really help because to use it on the other account you need to have paid for it.

You mean if something happens to the source account then it will happen to me?

Like if M$ finds out that the source account has been used to download things people haven't payed for they will banned your xbox more than likely.

Also how do you plan on playing them on your other account? You need to buy them on your main account before you can play them on it.

I was thinking of using it on a silver account.

Can they still trace that?

Ok, is this other account a private account (your friends or you know) or is it a public account, with lots of people using it?

If your the only other person that is going to be downloading it there is a slim chance that you will get banned.
If the account is being used to download halo onto for example 5 different xboxs, which all have a different serial then there is a greater risk that you will get banned.

The account will probably get banned before your xbox does.
