well i dont know about you guys but i am not buying or downloading TES4 Oblivion 2 my pc just 2 mod it i wasnt to mod the 360 version but in order to do it (i think i can do it if i can get a program to make a list of files into a Container file to xport to the 360 ) if u have anyway u can do it then try and tell me. i just am to tired of prople bragging on their pc's that they have oblivion mods and we 360 users cant get them. so lets proove we are better and that we can take their mods and use them to! :good:

Honestly man, it would be such a difficult thing to do. It could be done though... Best case scenario is the world is stored on the disk, you or someone writes a utility to get the files and have something that could actively open and mod the world. Weapons and armor, I can almost guarantee will be on the disk, so that could <--- notice the could, be easier to mod.

what i need is a program or something that will allow me to select multiple files and put them together into a .CON file if i can do that it wont show up as corrupt data under oblivion on my 360 hard drive. if i get the container i just have to do some edits to it then i put mods into it then test them. i like you idea but the disk thing it sounds a lot like you want me to make a new oblivion disk holding the mods then maybe<maybe download then to xbox or something like that is what i think u are saying, but mine is a little easier for me lol u put the mods for pc into a container file and put it on the xbox 360 hard disk drive and vola modded content but i need a program to prduce con files. do u understand what i am saying?? it may sound confusing but its worth a try

Yes, I'm getting the picture now, so we take the mods, put them/combine them into a CON file. They get put on disguised as DLC? 1 problem, if these are direct copies from the PC versions, Most likely it will be incompatable. We will probably have to find a way to mod the actual xbox oblivion content

Same, My oblivion disk is fuxed at the moment, my little cusins decided to drift toy cars (with sharp plastic wheels) around the disk.
I have an idea, we need to find the legit DLC and see how its made up, and find a way to convert mods. lol I have X360 and PC versions of oblivion, so I can make mods and stuff. I also have Shivering isles and Knights of the nine for PC (both expansions) perhaps we could convert those in "DLC" to

Oblivion is an awesome game you should stick to getting it for PC and modding that its much easier and practicaly(SP?) the same.

It is easier, but unless you have a high end PC, it looks like d1ck. It looks amazing on 360, so thats the main reason for me.

PS: this topic is not for pc users if u use the oblivion 4 pc only then dont post if u play both then ok

we cant do oblivion mods untill someone figures out how to disk mod.
like modding old maps on h2.... its the same concept.

all of oblivion is saved to the disk. so there isn't anything to mod on the 360...

the only possible thing you might be able to mod would be the cute little expansion crap, but its whitepaper would be immense...

you dont need to mod the disk, all you need is the DLC which contains esp files. You can extract those files, edit them and then put them back in. the largest problem is properly rehashing, and figuring out what the hash value the name of the file is...

Well, getting better at french looks grim for me, but it can be done. Because of XBL being offline at the moment, we can't really talk.

    its a sincere question.
