to install the shoutbox we done that but its only on the main page. if u read the link it say

4. Here you have an option now, follow a if you want a shoutbox only on index page, or follow b if you want a global shoutbox. we want it global could anyone help?

All you need to do is edit the header template, which can be found if you ftp to your host.
Then just press Ctrl+F put in {$header} and put <sf_shoutbox> in the line just under it.

So turn this:
