In order to inflict damage, you must first bounce a projectile along the wall, floor or ceiling; direct impact is harmless! The ceiling is low, and there are flat surfaces all around.
The laser (orange beam causes no damage):
You can see that Snell's Law is duly obeyed.
The rocket (not deadly yet):
The rocket (deadly after bounce):
Grenades are replaced with expelled cores. They can be blown up on the ground (as ammo) or picked up and thrown, and then blown up. They do about as much damage as a rocket explosion, not the ridiculous damage of the cores on Containment.
Here is the layout, with the ceiling removed for display purposes, and the sky painstakingly blacked out :
