Skinning Problem? SUPER WEIRD!

For some reason when I open Dot Halo and I try to Extract A image it shows really weird my image looks like this

Is it a clean map?

It is clean these are all new files... Did you look at the screeenshot?

Yes I have. Do you have the shared, main menu and MP_shared in the same directory as the map you are modding?

I only have the Shared And Main Menu one I dont have the Shared_SP... And yes there in the same directory im also using DotHalo 1.1?

If you have tried it with two maps try downloading the programs again.

Well the download is probably corrupt (even before you download) can you send me a link to the programs you are using?

Wait it was ever since they re uploaded the files to Files.XboxSoftmods Can someone re upload there Shared and Mainmenu to this forum? I think that is it! I have even tried several other editors! Please upload yous somebody please!

Ive seen that befrore it happened to me but it happened when I injected the image. I would make sure that mainmenu, shared, and shared sp are all in the same folder as the map and make sure the image is saved in the right format.

ok then that means that the shared sp main menu or shared mp are messed up because its reading that wierd image. I could send you my files if you want or just re download them off XboxSoftMods because thats where i got mine and it works fine.Ya the problem is I didnt inject nothing I downloaded it and it just appears as that!

Ya that would be great say when did you download them? It seems like it was ever since they upgraded XboxSoftMods? So Ya if you could do that that would be great!
