here is my touch up, just added some bushing then smudged on different settings, then sum burn tool, and a few ajustment layers

yeah, the main things to give my sigs a COOL color feeling is by adding a PhotoFilter, then a purple to orange(default) grad map on luminosity, and then a B/W g-map on luminosity, then further brightness and contrast layers
