I would like to say this I have all these accounts

And my modding account.... CooledMcMuffin.

Bio Toxic Peach was not just my account it was my main account. I played legitly in all games on that account. I've never ddos people from games, just been with friends who can lol. I get friend requests instantly for every spot I have open on Bio Toxic Peach, I don't know if thats good or not. 5 days ago exactly I was approached by someone who gave me a free xbox-live account and 10 paypal dollars if I would mod him a screen shot. I said "As long as it isn't porn I will" I made it and released it under that tag. I've NEVER released any screen shots under my name (Bio Toxic Peach).

From rumours I heard *someone* released those under my name. I've lost respect for you for many reasons. Modding is something that is far different from cheating. I've never supported cheating online only modding. I signed on my modding account on my modding xbox to make a screen shot for someone for money. It then said "This console has been banned for 1 month from Halo 3 Fileshare & Matchmaking" Then for every account of mine I recovered on that box (Bio Toxic Peach, Bio Toxic Salad) it banned those for who knows how long. It doesn't say.

For that reason I will no longer play Halo 3. I find no fun it in, since I'm a Matchmaking obsessed person. Bungie won't respond to my messages and what makes me mad is *someone* who releases porn is unbanned with his fileshare and I'm still banned for who knows how long.

Either way I'm banned from my favorite game because people stole my name. *someone* , I except an apology to my inbox or your no longer welcome here. Not to mention that this xbox live user ReVuLsi0N has spammed me with the following messages.

Leave me alone, keep pushing my buttons and ill report your illegal ddos attack to my isp. They have a special department that looks at internet crimes. And would contact your isp, then your isp easily figure out where it came from.

Anyone who doesn't know me or has a blind hatrid towards me. Get a reason to hate me. I get over 50 messages on xboxlive saying just horrible things. I get users emailing me bomb threats because they think they have my address, and not to mention people everyday trying to steal every account I have. I get those email failed emails for every site/game/account I own its annoying. If this what I have to put to just to host a site, then I'm done.

All my tutorials for Halo 3 have ended I will no longer be active in the Halo 3 sections. Unless someone can get a miracle and get me unbanned, im done with this game. Gears 2 comes out soon and me and xX Legacy Xx are going to be playing gears.

This gamertag (ReVuLsi0N) made me mad by calling me things I'm not and not talking with me because he thought I was going to attack him or something lol. Talk to him for me, or just be mean to him

i should be on after i come back from a canoe trip, microsoft banned my account PERMENTLY from xbox live and there reason was my credit card had expired even though i had paid for it before it had expired

I might just sell my xbox, it freezes anytime I try to play a game, I would make a lot of money with all the games and evrything.

I can't play any game for more than 10 minutes without it freezing, does anybody have any ideas ?

Sadly, i dont work for microsoft yet. And i want to, Even if i did. I wouldnt report "Bots" or "Mods" Ive been active with this site for about 2 months now. Ive gained a good amount of respect, and a great community of friends. Everyone, i just want to warn you. There is a ban wave going around for "Booting Host" and "Modded Content" i strongly advise you lay low on Booting Host for about 2 weeks. And never post modded content in your fileshare. Ive had 15/80 friends on my list recently banned for Modding Content on there fileshare.

Well well Peaches. You're right Bungie and Halo do suck. I've never played with you but im sure all the people that you do play with will miss you. I'd recomend Call of Duty 4, or as everyone else has said Gears of War 2... Maybe even Call of Duty 5 in november.

yeah i was playing with you in custom games if you remember it stinks your getting banned for what someone else did perhaps if you made a petition on bungie.net and be sure to add in detail what zzdarklegacyzz did to you they might unbanned you and if you do try that let me know i will vote to unbanned you and i think that atleast 1 thousand other people would to (it's not right being banned for someone elses crime anyone could be get banned if the arthor is modded)

man i feel bad for you peaches i can KINDA relate, i met the kid for five mins, said he was trading a 10th prestige on cod for a 1 month and i thought hey what the hell could be fun ranking up on halo and showing of the prestiges and he $%#^%# gave me the $%#^%# wrong information than jumps offline
