Can anyone tell me if there is any possible way to mod an offline profile to have recon?
also if there is, can you tell me how?

There is a way to unlock recon but there will be no tut on how. Sorry, you can haz recon.

yes there is a way by editing some files but there is no tutorial out now until then sorry, you cant have recon.

here is where your armor is located in your profile, youll just need to rehash and resign it correctly.

Search your Tag with a hex editor, be sure to check unicode. (this is a profile file, not a screenshot or movie)

There is no way to give your self the actual armour you can make it look like you have it if you mod a film clip but you cant give your self the real armour.

How about you stop talking like your better then others. WE cannot. I believe ROOFUS has a dev kit along with a few others. So NO we cannot mod ourselves Recon without a film clip mod.

Silly nubs! I believe Anth0ny or Shade or one of them modded to has recon back when the first highground mod was released. There was a big deal about it at *****...the guy who did it said there was some kind of check on XBL though and anyone who tried to sign in with modded recon lost it.

But it is possible! It's been done before! Don't let any nubs tell you otherwise.

Ok simple as this, Its possible Shade and Anthony do not have developers kits and they modded recon, The only modders with dev kits are, DeToX, Shadow LaG, XeNoN.7, Roofus Many people know where it is, and its pretty obvious...
But like Crosseyes said you log in you lose your recon... now stop arguing
