I was just wondering, what in the heck is bungies frontpage thing mean? What exactly is the countdown for, does anyone have a clue. I heard from somewhere that when it gets to 0 they will release info on the next halo game or something but I doubt that.

Lol i read throught like 5 pages And the timer is based on your pc's own clock so if you change it to like 8 2marro it will say rebooting and the countdown will be gone

No, its something about Bungie is about to announce their new game their developing. Its something that is kinda goin to be like GoW, and its based on the halo series. Master chief is not gonna be in it.

I heard that on E3 and I believe its gonna happen. what else, do you guys think then? also if you check in the halo 3 game, and press start, you'll see that the coldstorage pic on bungie favorites is corrupted kinda like way. some people say theres a code in it, and I see a pic of this face: the pic in the middle. in the corrupted pic. Is that enough? maybe not.

and the est. time for bungies surprise to happen, is 9:00AM EST, 8:00AM CST, 7:00AM MST, and 6:00AM PST. I just wanna post this so you guys won't have to figure out what time bungie is gonna turn their home page back to normal. How nice of me. Lets see.

I heard (so possibly not true) from one of those forum posts, that Bungie was resetting all Halo 3 levels, and dropping EXP to 0, but leaving the amount of games played in your profile to put in end to boosting and trying to keep a "perfect" level.

The matchmaking will be changed to "Ranked and Unranked" apon entering it, it will sub-divide asking if you would like either MLG, Objective, Team Slayer, or Big Team. Then your sorted from that, you can enter social, but if you enter social with a guest you will be paired with people with a guest, or if you go on with a team of all gamertags (no guests) you will be match with gamertags. It will keep the system fair and allow more numbers in all playlist. There will be a 3 option every weekends like Team Swat or something.
