it doesn't help you mod, but it is for halo, so putting it in PC programs would be pointless.
Nuclear told me that it had already been leaked, so i posted it for the public. If Nuke tells me to take it down, I will.

So if this is how bungie are searching for modded files, wouldnt that mean they would have to find every modders gt ( which is pointless ) , not be able to find ones which have no author on it AND means you could just rename it so it doesnt say "Modzzz".
Imo pointless theory, they would save alot of time and cut down on the modded content on peoples fileshares by checking the identifyers or something stupid like that. I dunno.
Ontopic - If Nuclear said to released, then for releasing.

you people think that this is useless just because mods on fileshares cease to exist. LOL
Halo 3 is not based around mods, sure mods are fun but, i think that well made usermaps are better.
Plus this helps find map thieves, i found 4 copies of my 1st puzzle map with different authors.
i found 18 copies of my arena with different authors.
This is a very useful tool. for instance, Say your in a clan, and you have a night planed to play only 1 type of map.
Say this type of map would be puzzles, you type "puzzle, maze, trial, quiz, challenge, etc..." click search and play your game. When you retire for the night, leave it running, and wake up to find, plenty of maps to fill your night with fun.
